Venue Hire<\/h1>\n

Our facilities, located within easy reach of Euston station, offer a unique setting for events of all kinds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Society has various rooms for hire for meetings, lectures and receptions. The Lecture Hall will seat up to 70 people and is provided with full AV and slide projection facilities.<\/p>\n

The Council Room<\/strong> can comfortably seat 30 people (24 around the large boardroom table) and is also provided with full AV projection facilities. This can also be used in conjunction with the Fellows’ Room for evening receptions. Tea and coffee are included within the rental charge.<\/p>\n

It is required<\/strong> that a member of our casual staff be hired to set-up and clear the rooms. They will also assist with any technical requirements.<\/p>\n

Charge for casual staff is \u00a314.80 per hour.<\/p>\n
